TITLE: My apraisal of the English class

INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE, WRITE a critical commentary of the English class. Say what you liked and also what you consider could be different and/or better/more useful. PLEASE, feel free to comment on the English teacher too: his communication style, the way he gives instructions or explain things, etc.

I'm going to be very objective with English this year.

Honestly, I have not had much interest in the subject, since the method used by the teacher is the same every year, and has not motivated me to learn much. This is something else, I do not like that we have learned many more things than we already knew. The teacher should speak more in English because even if he proposes that every year, he never fulfills it. I can also say good things, like the teacher makes the classes more enjoyable and tries to motivate us from time to time, and I also believe that the blog is a great idea and that is something that if we have used much this year and I would like to continue doing it.. We only have 3 hours a week and from those three hours we lose a lot of time. In conclusion, we can not waste so much time, we have to take more time and speak more in English. One recommendation would be to read more texts in class aloud to improve pronunciation.

My favourite fictional character

I'm a character who appears in a science fiction film and comics.

I'm someone who is strong, I can fly and save people from bad people.

My girlfriend, whose name is Lois Lane, and my biggest enemy, Lex Luthor is a crazy scientific.

My most dangerous moment is when I tried to save my girlfriend, and my enemy laid me a trap that nearly killed me.

In a famous scene, which happens in the final of the film, is when I saved all the people from Lex Luthor.

In Metropolis, where the action takes place ,because is the place where I live.

My opinion about exams

I think the exams are important for some things, like  find out your level in some subjects, but I don´t think they are the best option, because if you study for a exam, problably you may forget what you study in some weeks more or less. In my opinion I would do works or exercises of the subjects studied to not forget what was studied. Definitely I think that the exams serve to evaluate your level one day and are not useful for evaluating you temporarily.

The Best School in Spain

I am going to write about what I consider would be a very good but possible school in our country. I will be concentrating on various aspects connected with the issue and explain how I see them.

First, the perfect school would have to be a very large school, as it should have various types of facilities such as football fields, gyms, sports pool, etc. Teachers should be young to better understand the students and concerned class, they should all have fellowship and get along. As a studious method I would remove the exams and change them for individual work on what has been given in class.

A would-be hobby I'd like to take up

The hobby that I would like to do is swimming, I like it because I think that its very healthy and funny to do. I think swimming makes you feel great and also helps you hang out. It would be fun to compete against more people in a competition. Also, there are also many types of styles in swimming, so you never get bored!

Juan´s Story

Juan has convinced his parents to let him use the house they have in the country to spend a few days with his friends. It`s a long weekend and Juan and his friends drive to the house to spend their holidays there. The date is 1November, All Saints' Day. Juan and his friend decide to have a Halloween party. They dress up and decorate the house with pictures of skeletons, skulls, ghosts and monsters  to help create the rigth atmosphere. They have also bought beer and other drinks.

It`s late in the evening and it`s getting rather cold and windy. The rain starts coming down. Suddenly the lights go off. Alicia, one of Juan`s friends suggests they can do a ouija session in the dark to have some fun. They all agree with enthusiasm. They set up everything and start doing it. However they weren`t prepared for the events that would happen later in the house and that they would never forget the rest of their lives.When they began performing ouija has hoped that a spirit or something gave signs of live. Alice placed her hand over the glass and started moving this to everyone´s surprise. Juan and his friends were perplexed. The glass moved the letters: I,A,M,G,O,N,N,A,K,I,L,L,Y,O,U. But when everyone was already scared, Alice began to laugh, they didn´t understand why she laughed. Alicia told them she was the one that was moving the glass and there was no spirit. All were perplexed at what she told them. They never forget that night.

Hi! I´m Felipe de Azevedo Aguilar. I´m sexteen and I´m from Málaga, Spain. I live with my parents and my sister.

I think Málaga is a great city because it have a great beach, great climate and great people.

My hobby is football, my favourite player is Ronaldo. I like all type of sports, and I like electro music. In November I have thought about going to the gym. Also, I like travel because, if you travel a lot you can learn many cultures from different places.

In my free time I talk with my friends on Wahtsapp or Skype. Right now, I´m studying at IES El Palo.
